Server Rental And Vps Servıce Agreement

1. Parties

4. User Responsibilities

• The User agrees not to use the server or VPS for pornographic content, child pornography, malware distribution, spam, hacking, or any illegal activity.

• The User is fully responsible for all content stored on their server or VPS and any legal issues arising from it.

• The User cannot hold the Service Provider responsible for any illegal activity conducted through the rented server or VPS.

• In case of any legal claims due to content hosted on the server or VPS, the User agrees to bear full responsibility.

5. Service Provider Responsibilities

• The Service Provider is committed to providing uninterrupted server or VPS services and necessary technical support.

• The Service Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if illegal or prohibited content is detected on the server or VPS without prior notice.

6. Prohibited Content and Activities

• The Service Provider strictly prohibits the use of the server or VPS for the following activities:

  • Pornographic content,

  • Child pornography,

  • Terrorism,

  • Illegal gambling,

  • Malware (viruses, trojans, etc.),

  • Hacking activities,

  • Spam emails, and

  • Malicious software.

• The User acknowledges that the Service Provider can suspend or terminate the service immediately without notice if any prohibited activities or content are detected on the server or VPS.

7. Fees and Payment

• The fees for the services will be determined based on the type, duration, and specifications of the service chosen by the User.

• The User agrees to make payments on time and in full according to the terms specified by the Service Provider.

• In the event of a late payment, the Service Provider may suspend or shut down the server or VPS.

8. Suspension and Termination of Services

• If the User fails to comply with the terms of this agreement, the Service Provider has the right to suspend or terminate the services.

• If any prohibited content or illegal activities are found on the server or VPS, the Service Provider has the right to terminate the service immediately without prior notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

• The Service Provider is not liable for any damages, losses, or legal disputes arising from the User's use of the rented server or VPS.

• The User is solely responsible for any legal consequences resulting from the use of the server or VPS and any third-party claims related to the content hosted.

10. Privacy and Data Security

• The User is solely responsible for the security of the data hosted on their server or VPS.

• The Service Provider will take necessary security measures to protect the server, but the User is responsible for backing up and securing their data.

11. Changes to the Agreement

• The Service Provider reserves the right to modify the terms of this agreement.

• Changes will take effect immediately upon being published on the Service Provider's website.

12. Acceptance

• By using the server or VPS services, the User acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this agreement.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
