DOMAIN NAME REGISTRATION AGREEMENT

1. Parties
This agreement is made between [Company Name] ("Service Provider") and the individual or entity requesting domain name registration ("Customer").

2. Subject
This agreement defines the terms of the domain name registration service requested by the Customer through the Service Provider, and the rights and obligations of both parties.

3. Service Description
The Service Provider registers the domain name selected by the Customer through national and/or international domain registrars (such as ICANN, TRABIS, etc.).

4. Registration Process

• The Customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding the domain name.

• The domain name will be registered if it meets the requirements of the domain registrar and is available.

• Registration begins once payment is confirmed.

5. Responsibilities

• The Customer guarantees that the registered domain name does not infringe on the rights of third parties.

• The Service Provider is not responsible for legal issues arising from the use of the domain name.

• Once the registration is completed, no refunds or changes are allowed.

6. Term and Renewal

• The domain name is valid for the period selected during registration (e.g., 1 year, 2 years).

• The Customer is responsible for renewing the domain name before it expires. Failure to do so may result in deletion or acquisition by another party.

7. Termination
The Service Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate service in the following cases:

• Submission of false or misleading information

• Non-payment

• Violation of third-party rights

8. Fees
Domain registration fees vary based on the extension and registration period. Domains will not be registered without payment.

9. Jurisdiction
This agreement is subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved by the courts and enforcement offices of [City of the Service Provider].

10. Enforcement
The Customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this agreement by initiating the domain registration process. This agreement becomes effective on the date of electronic acceptance.
